WHERE CAN I BUY MAXIE & MOO PLAYMATS?

Currently you can buy all our playmats through our website and Takealot. 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PLAYMAT?

Wipe up any spills with a damp or dry cloth or water based wet wipe.

Use water and a soft cloth to clean. For tougher stains use mild dish soap and water. Dry completely before use.

 Do not allow water/moisture to become trapped under the mat. When cleaning your floors, please ensure that the floor is completely clean and dry before replacing the mat.

Can handle normal foot traffic, but sharp objects like high heels or pet claws can damage the mat so please be aware.

Prolonged use of heavy furniture or gym equipment on top of the mat may leave a permanent indent.

CAN I USE MY PLAYMAT OUTSIDE? 

Our playmats are designed for indoor use, however we do use them outdoors too. We advise that you keep your playmat out of direct sunlight as it could affect the colour and over all quality of the playmat. If your mat gets wet we advise drying the mat thoroughly before placing it on the floor.

ARE YOUR PLAYMATS NON TOXIC?

Yes, our EVA foam playmats are Non toxic, BPA-free and phthalate-free. They are also EU and US safety-certified. 

CAN I JOIN MORE THAN ONE MAT TOGETHER?

Yes! Our mats are designed to fit seamlessly together so you can make your mat as large as you like, and whatever shape you would like.

WHAT IF I'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PLAYMAT?

All our products undergo quality assurance testing before they are sent out. But sometimes mistakes do happen. If you receive a damaged or defective playmat, please email us on info@maxieandmoo.co.za. Please check our delivery and returns page for more info.
