DELIVERY

DELIVERY COST

We offer free delivery in South Africa for any orders over R750. 

Orders under R750 will incur a courier fee of R100.

DELIVERY TIMES 

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed on the weekend are despatched on the next working day.

Maxie & Moo is an online business based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Delivery is done via The Courier Guy and delivery times for most South African locations are between 1 to 7 business days from despatch. 

For more remote locations in South Africa, our courier companies might need to use a local on forwarding company which prolongs delivery times and will require longer delivery times, generally 8 to 14 business days.

The time it takes to deliver your parcel can vary with public holidays/ promotions/ natural disasters such as fires, floods & pandemics.

ORDER TRACKING - You will receive an email from the Courier Company confirming your order has been picked up. This email will supply you with your tracking number and tracking information, this provides a link to the courier company so that you can contact them if required.

DELIVERY AREA

South Africa

We deliver throughout South Africa.

Our items are large and because of this we cannot deliver to post office boxes, private bags or parcel lockers.

Our items are delivered to your home or workplace via a courier and most times require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to collect your delivery.

 WARRANTY

All Maxie and Moo mats come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or general wear and tear.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your mat for any reason please email us at info@maxieandmoo.co.za to arrange a return or refund. Please list your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return. For any defects or issues with your mat please include photos if possible in order for us to assess your problem.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect we will replace, repair or refund your purchase. All costs to return the mat(s) to us in this instance will be covered by us and collection and subsequent delivery will be arranged by us.

If you wish to exchange or return an item because you have changed your mind, you are welcome to do so. All costs to return the mat(s) to us in this instance will be need to be covered by you. The items must be sent back in perfect condition – in a saleable condition with original packaging. All items returned to us are at your own risk, therefore a reputable, tracked delivery service is recommended. Once your return is received and has been inspected, your exchange will be processed. Please allow 3 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch of replacement goods.

Return conditions below apply to all returns.

  • You must complete your return within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition & packaging.
  • The purchaser is responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty.
  • If the customer has opted for a refund of the order, the original postage will not be refunded.
  • Refunds do not apply to sale items or to factory stock sale items.
